Dr. Jesus J. Aguilar was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico and grew up in Houston, Texas.  Dr. Aguilar has been practicing medicine since 1999.  He received his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexcio.  Dr. Aguilar completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.  He served as the Vice President of the Cook County House in 1998/1999. Dr. Aguilar has recenty received the distinct honor of being awarded and recognized as one of The Best Doctors in America from 2007-2010 as well as  a Top Doctor in San Antonio 2009 by medical professionals.

Dr. Aguilar is bilingual and bicultural in English and Spanish.  He enjoys karaoke, dancing, playing baseball, and spending time with his family.  Dr. Aguilar has a strong interest in patient health and education, including geriatric care.  Dr. Aguilar looks forward to meeting you and discussing your healthcare needs.
