Dr. Majin Miguel Castillo was born in Taft near Corpus Christi, Texas.  Dr. Castillo earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.  He completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.  Prior to joining HealthTexas Medical Group, Dr. Castillo was Staff Physician at the Department of Veteran Affairs - Frank Tejeda Clinic.  Dr. Castillo is a member of the Bexar County Medical Society and American Medical Association.

Dr. Castillo is married to Laura and has two children.  Dr. Castillo is fluent in English and Spanish.  Dr. Castillo looks forward to meeting you and discussing your healthcare needs.
