Manuel M. Quiñones, M.D.
Board Certified in Family Practice

Dr. Quiñones is a native of San Antonio.  He completed his undergraduate degree at St. Mary’s University and attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.  He completed his Family Practice internship and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Practice since 1987.  Dr. Quiñones is the past President of the Bexar County Medical Society, a member of the Mexican American Physician Association, Texas Medical Association, Texas Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians.  He has received the distinct honor of being awarded and recognized as one of The Best Doctors in America from 2005-2010, Texas Super Doctor 2009 and a Top Doctor in San Antonio 2009 by his medical peers.

Dr. Quiñones is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys seeing patients of all ages.  Dr. Quiñones makes a point to spend a little more time with his geriatric patients during the office visit, and he treats them like he would his own family.  He is married with two children, a son and a daughter.  He looks forward to discussing you and your family’s medical needs.
